Location: RUHS (One Sea Hawk Way, Redondo Beach, CA 90277).

Taught by fully credentialed SoCalROC teachers.

Course description: This class will highlight the basics of welding as a process to join metals together using heat, cover key safety procedures, expose you to different welding techniques like oxy-acetylene and stick welding, and even allow you to practice simple welding projects. Students will be in a setting that provides hands-on experience with the tools and equipment involved in metal fabrication.and power brushing.

Topics covered in this course:

  • Introduction to metal joinery
  • Safety procedures
  • Various welding techniques
  • Hands-on use of tools and safety equipment

All students will receive a Certificate of Completion of the course.
