Course description: The course focuses on building foundational skills in fashion design, from understanding color to pattern drafting and garment creation. Each week focuses on a different category, providing hands-on projects to reinforce learning
Topics covered in this course:
- Basic fashion design principles
- Sketching
- Fabric selection, draping, cutting, sewing
All students will receive a Certificate of Completion of the course.
All materials and supplies are provided by SoCal ROC.
